In partnership with the Trust for Public Land (TPL) and the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC), the Design Team explored several conceptual layouts with the goal of creating a sustainable and replicable mixed income pocket neighborhood that compliments the design of the new 55 acre Story Mill Community Park and respects the historical significance of the area. The Design Team also assisted with community outreach.
