The Helena Housing Authority desired to transform their 13-acre 132-unit affordable housing project known as Stewart Homes into a revitalized mixed income and mixed use quality neighborhood. The Design Team crafted a master plan process that really focused on public participation and collaboration through a series of five interactive workshops. The resulting master plan is intended to serve as a foundation for subsequent planning and funding efforts.
