The North Edge Commons project was proposed to create an infill residential development in a diverse neighborhood close to Downtown and the Midtown District. North Edge Commons aspired to create a unique pocket neighborhood through the creation of six residential lots gathered around a common green open space. The intent of the layout and design was to provide efficient use of land by minimizing new road infrastructure, maintaining lot width to depth ratio, while still providing quality infill in an existing residential neighborhood.
