Loyal Garden is a 75-acre addition to Bozeman’s west side. The underlying design philosophy was to respect the natural setting while creating a livable quality residential neighborhood. The master plan calls for 148 single household lots, most with alley access, and a mixed-use neighborhood commercial node with open space, parks, a pond and mature vegetation.
