Cattail Creek is a distinctive neighborhood in Bozeman’s northwest quadrant within walking distance to a major commercial development. This 170-acre comprehensively planned 3-phase project allows for a mix of uses ranging from single family residential to offices and neighborhood commercial services. The 29-acre park and trail system is centered along Cattail Creek and includes developed parks with play equipment and a basketball court as well as unprogrammed open space with trails and bridges. All buildings are reviewed against the Development Guidelines to ensure a quality neighborhood is maintained. Intrinsik Architecture completed the planning for the projects and continues to be involved in development design reviews.
