Peter is a LEED AP and a Project Manager for Intrinsik. He is in the process of taking his Architect Registration Exams. His unique journey to architecture (beginning with a bachelors degree from Boston College, a volunteer year with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, a fellowship with Architecture for Humanity all the way to receiving his Master of Architecture from MSU) contributes to our eclectic and multidisciplinary approach to design. His experience includes a wide variety of projects including custom residences, multi-family and commercial work. Peter is an active volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters. |
Heidi Balus Office Manager

Heidi brings a variety of experience to the Office Manager position at Intrinsik. She has managed horse farms, volunteer boards, and offices for engineers, architects, interior designers, and brand communication companies. After getting a degree from Alfred State College of Technology and living everywhere from Seattle to Germany to Manitoba, it was the time spent in Idaho and Montana that convinced her to abandon her Pennsylvania roots and call Bozeman home. Now she is the first person you meet when visiting Intrinsik and the one who keeps the office running smoothly. |

Richard Charlesworth Architect

Richard has been practicing architecture for 37 years in Jackson, Wyoming and Bozeman, Montana. He has worked on numerous residential and commercial projects throughout the Rocky Mountain West. He has a Master of Architecture from Tulane University. While in Jackson, he and several other architects formed the Community Design Collaborative to facilitate design charettes to contribute to better community solutions for two Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust Projects, Albertsons, the Wilson Post Office, Hardeman Meadows Development and the Jackson Multi-Agency Campus. For the last four years, Rich has been collaborating with Intrinsik Architecture. |
Joni Evans Business Manager

An essential part of any successful business is the business manager. Joni keeps us all on track. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Western Michigan University and is currently working on a Masters degree from Montana State University to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. |
Henri Foch AIA, LEED AP

Henri is a registered Architect, LEED AP and Project Manager at Intrinsik. He graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri with a Bachelor of Architecture. Henri’s architectural experience over the last 11 years includes work on commercial, educational, secular, office, retail, multi-family and single family structures. His background in construction reinforces our thorough consideration for the building process throughout the design services we provide. With his extensive experience in project management over a wide array of project types, Henri also plays key role in developing the skills of our staff.

Susan Riggs AICP

As a certified planner, Susan has comprehensive experience with urban design, site planning, land use regulations, design guidelines, covenants and public processes. Prior to joining the Intrinsik team, she worked for the City of Bozeman Department of Planning & Community Development on a variety of current and long-range planning projects. With a degree in Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture, Susan advocates for the Jeffersonian spirit of community and currently serves on the Gallatin County Planning Board and the North 7th Urban Renewal Board. |
Shea Stewart LEED AP, AIT

Shea is a LEED AP and received his Master of Architecture at Montana State University in May 2007. During his education he was heavily involved in civic based design projects, and remains an active community volunteer. |
